Ingredients:
PeptoBeef™ hydrolyzed beef protein 73,7%, flavourings, cocoa powder, caramel, thickeners (xanthan gum, guar gum), sweeteners (acesulfame K, sucralose).

How to use:
Mix 3 scoops (30 g) of powder and 300 ml of water, milk, or juice, and thoroughly mix in a shaker for 1 minute.
To really enjoy your protein-shake – vary the amount of liquid to achieve your desired consistency and taste.
It is recommended to take the first dose of product on an empty stomach right after awakening.Take 1 dose before the workout and another dose – at the end of workout.

Protein contributes to a growth in muscle mass and to the maintenance of muscle mass.
